I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. After reading many poor reviews, I was a little nervous about booking but I took the chance and I was very happy. I was in town for a softball tournament, the location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was great for what we were there for!! We did not eat breakfast at the hotel because we needed something more filling than what they offered but if you need a quick breakfast it would be fine. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!!

The room was good sized, with a king size bed in it, and the bathroom was very modern and very clean. I liked the shower a lot. The included breakfast had plenty of options to choose from, including scrambled eggs and sausages. The price was very good as well, and was an excellent place to stay for one night on our trip!

I was in room 226 so I loved that my key worked for the outside side door so I was able to park by that door and enter through that door to get to my room which was closer than coming through the lobby and catching the elevator then walking all the way down the hall so that was an A+ for me

We were looking to visit splash lagoon and needed a hotel. The Best Western was not only across the street but it was so much cheaper!
